Juniper Belshaw is a bilingual facilitator and coach with a focus on elevating leadership, optimizing team performance, and fostering positive organizational culture change.
With 15 + years of experience in the nonprofit sector and talent development at Cirque du Soleil, Juniper has honed her skills in supporting leaders and teams in reaching their full potential. Juniper's unique talent for fostering an inclusive, participatory environment enables individuals to connect with themselves, each other, and their wisdom, resulting in meaningful and impactful outcomes.
Today, Juniper is Managing Partner at Inbo Consulting, where she loves to help leaders and teams get ready for the future of work.
Juniper holds a Masters in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University and a Bachelors in International Development and Environmental Studies from McGill University. In her work, she combines systems thinking, process consulting, participatory workflow mapping, Immunity to Change, and Lean Change Management to drive adaptive change and growth.
Juniper is grateful to live on the anscestral and unceded territory of the Squamish and Sechelt Nations. She lives with her partner Jess and three dogs: Pina, Bowen & Lexi.
